Invitation Cards

Today is 23 May 2013. It is exactly one more month to our solemnization! WOOHOO! Invited guests, have you save the date? *WINK*

We have started to give out our invitation cards. Our invitation cards were really up to my standard. Super pleased with the outcome. Maybe because,  the one who designed it was your truly. HAHA. I have so many ideas but in the end, I ended up with this as my final one.

And because we set our solemnization as school theme, we wanted our invitation cards to be school theme related as well. The first thing that came to my mind is ... PENCILS. Spend a few months google-ing on customized pencils and the quantity that we wanted was quite little. In the end, we managed to get it from USA. And it took less than 2 weeks to arrive.

We spend one Sunday afternoon to do our invitation cards. And being clumsy, I have hurt my left hand three times! Twice being poked by needles directly (Like a kum gong) and another one directly use the scissor and cut onto my palm. Damn! But I was laughing when I got hurt because I am really clumsy. But fiance was so concerned, he couldn’t stand the way I do things. Opps.

And here is our final result of our invitation card, and of course with an envelope as well. Haha.

Designed and made with lots of love by both of us.

One more month to solemnization, we are almost done with all the preparation except for decoration. Decorations do play a huge part. Can’t wait, can’t wait! 31 Days to solemnization!

With love
