MACHINE EATS MY MONEY!

I feel so angry when I am typing out this post. ROAR!!
As per what the subject is, MACHINE EATS MY MONEY!

I was happily deposit my cash in the cash deposit machine just around my office area.
Do all the procedure.
Card in > Password in > Cash in > … … … (waiting period) … … … … (still waiting) > tadah! Card came out > screen show “transaction failed” > transaction slip is out.
TO MY HORROR! The transaction failed, and it was not banked into my account. No money is “vomited” out!

I got so panic. The first thing on my mind is to “CALL BANK CALL BANK” Quickly follow the instruction given on the slip of paper.

You know what. I really hate to call customer service! It is really annoying. I was so panic and when I dialed...

“Welcome to DBS blah blah blah”
“For English Press 1, For blah blah blah Press 2, For Blah blah blah Press 3”
Start to blah blah blah again!
Then followed by “For blah enquire press *01”
Then follow by “for blah enquiries press 1,
for blah blah enquiries press 2,
*THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING!*
“for blah blah blah enquiries press 3”
“for blah blah blah blah enquiries press 4”
*WHERE THE HELL IS THE SPEAK TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE”
“for blah blah blah blah blah enquiries press 5”
“for blah blah blah blah blah blah enquiries press 6”
“To speak to our customer service, press 0”

FINALLY!!! THIS IS REALLY SO ANNOYING!! And imagine they say for blah enquiries press 1, the blah enquiries is like…3-4 sentences.

WORST OF ALL, they said they need 3-4 working days to investigate!! THIS IS HOLY SHIT!
Why do you need to take so long to investigate?? Okay. I am the sway one. This happened on Saturday which mean I will most probably get back my money on next… THURSDAY?!?! GOSH! I am hoping mad!

I remembered I watched a local show and it goes…
I think this fellow is calling 999 and it goes..
“For Robbery, please press 1”
“For Housebreak, please press 2”
“For house affaire, please press 3”
And blah blah blah!
LOL! I don’t know if you remember which show. But I think it is kinda funny and of course it is darn annoying. Imagine you call all the hotline or customer service and it behind like this.

Anyway, forget about this unhappy incident.

HAVE A FUN AND FULFILLING SATURDAY!

hi girl! i also experienced e same thing before. keep e receipt well, got some number for them to knw which machine isit. dun wry e money was returned back to me quite fast :)

But the DBS said that they need 3-4 working days to investigate. quite long uh. imagine those who really in need of this money and this happened to them. hmmm....
